How do I book a session?

You can book a session through the “Book a Session” section on this website or by calling 8750408096. We offer both online and in-person sessions.

The first session is an introductory session where we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and how therapy may best help you. It’s a safe space to ask questions and feel at ease.

Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or canceled, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges.

Fees & Payment

What are your session fees?

Fees are as follows: Single session – ₹950; Clubbed sessions – ₹4500 for 5 sessions. Extended sessions are ₹1200, with a package of 5 sessions at ₹5500.

Yes, there are discounted clubbed sessions available for those booking multiple sessions in advance.

We accept payments via digital methods and bank transfers. Details will be shared during the booking process.

Currently, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide documentation to submit for potential reimbursement with your insurance provider.
